1. Managing other people's money while on a budget - Accounting students have to live their life on a strict and low budget while also manage the incomes of big business houses at the same time. It might be a good idea to take a break before starting an accountancy course and collect some funds to relax as they study year after year. 2. Leading a social and relaxed life - As students pave their way to adulthood, a university is the perfect place to make new friends, socialize and learn more about life with every passing day. However, accounting as a career can be extremely demanding and an accounting student rarely gets the time to relax or socialize with others. 3. Immensely competitive - There can be tough competition between accounting students especially because this career has a clear employment goal. This competition can sometimes prove unhealthy and some of the brightest accounting students may fail to secure a job even though they expect to do so easily. ...

1. Make sure you can solve every type of problem illustrated in your textbook A top student doesn’t ‘spot’ for exams (only learning the things they think will be asked). Instead, they make sure they can solve every type of problem they can possibly encounter. Not knowing how to approach and solve a certain problem can have the following detrimental effects during an exam session: Struggling with questions you are unsure of can cause you to run out of time during the exam. Encountering a question you don’t know how to answer can make you panic and ‘blank out’ during the exam. 2. Test yourself after each lesson A top student knows that the best way to truly internalize course content is to test yourself after each lesson. It’s not enough to just ‘go over’ your notes again. As we started this subject, it only offers us a very simple formula; simple yet so hard, an ironic matter right? It only involves the primary equation: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division but it seems like we're already bombarded by calculus. 

"Accounting is worth stu dy ing for." Being an Accountancy student is not easy. It will never be. The first time I encountered this subject left me in awe. I have no idea on how I will survive this subject, like, I know I'm not good in Math since then, so I started to be frustrated. But, as the day passed by I learned that nothing could not be done without any perseverance on it. You can acquire all the knowledge and skills that you need if you are really willing to learn it. You can be somebody who you want to be if you will just be patient of yourself and to others as well; you should always put in your mind that you are not Albert Einstein who could understand easily the topic presented and remember that you cannot reach to the top without going through a tough situation.
